Hi! I am Alex.

I got into the short term rental space out of necessity. I was fortunate enough to be selected to commission with my unit out of Montgomery, AL which meant going back to school in Texas for four months during the pandemic. My husband had recently been fired, my children were all required to home school and I felt I'd be able to focus better being near my family, so with my Commander's permission, I brought them with me to school. This left our beautiful home on the golf course open during a time when we were evaluating how to supplement the lost income. Airbnb was our solution. We figured we'd list it and see what happened. The rest is history. 

After working with multiple cleaners, eventually purchasing more properties and cleaning them myself and working through how best to provide an efficient but thorough turnover, we decided to launch Quick-Turn. We are first and foremost a laundry service that caters to short term rentals. We own, clean, store and replace the linens leaving your cleaners to clean, reducing the amount of storage required and freeing you up to be a thoughtful host instead of a stressed out manager.
